Terms & Conditions — MatrixSlot

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the MatrixSlot platform, including the website located at matrixslot.cam, any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, all games, sports betting markets, promotional programmes, and any related services ("Services") operated by MatrixSlot ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, depositing funds, or using any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Services and close your account. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the most current version of these Terms & Conditions.

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the MatrixSlot platform.

• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, cashback awards, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account.
• "Company" means MatrixSlot, the operator of the platform and all associated Services.
• "Deposit" means a transfer of real money from a Player to the Company via an approved payment method for the purpose of funding wagering activity.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the process of identity and address verification required for regulatory compliance and fraud prevention.
• "Player" means any individual who has successfully registered an Account and is using or intending to use the Services.
• "Platform" means the MatrixSlot website, mobile interface, software, and all associated gaming and betting infrastructure.
• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirement" means the total wagering volume a Player must complete before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.

• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of real-money funds from a Player's Account Balance to an approved payment method in the Player's name.

Access to the MatrixSlot platform and all associated Services is subject to the following eligibility criteria. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following requirements:

1. You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. MatrixSlot strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement for all gambling activities on this platform.
2. You are registering voluntarily and for your own personal, recreational use only.
3. You are not acting on behalf of any third party, or using funds belonging to a third party.
4. You are not a current or former employee of MatrixSlot, or an immediate family member of such an employee.
5. You have not previously been excluded from this platform, nor are you subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period.
6. You are not located in a jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
7. Your Account registration does not constitute a duplicate — you do not currently hold another active or suspended Account with MatrixSlot.

Malaysian players are specifically advised that online gambling exists in a legal grey area under Malaysian law. It is your personal responsibility to understand and comply with any laws applicable to you in your place of residence. MatrixSlot does not provide legal advice and takes no responsibility for a Player's compliance with their local laws.

To access the Services, Players must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

4.1 Account Information

• Each Player may register only one (1) Account. Multiple accounts registered to the same person, address, device, IP address, or payment method will be treated as duplicate accounts.
• You must provide your real full name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number at the time of registration. Pseudonyms or fictitious details are not permitted.
• The name on your MatrixSlot account must match the name on the payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals.

4.2 Account Security

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. MatrixSlot staff will never ask for your password.
• You must notify MatrixSlot support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• MatrixSlot is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take adequate security precautions or failed to report a security breach promptly.

4.3 KYC and Identity Verification

MatrixSlot reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to: Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), passport, proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and/or withdrawal delays.

MatrixSlot accepts deposits via approved Malaysian and international payment methods. Available deposit methods include but are not limited to: DuitNow instant transfer, FPX (Financial Process Exchange) via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong; Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay; and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Cash top-up via 7-Eleven CLiQQ is also available.

5.1 Deposit Terms

• All deposits must be made in the Player's own name using a payment method registered to that Player. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• MatrixSlot does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed at the cashier. Minimum deposit is generally RM30; maximum varies by method and account tier.
• All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) screening. MatrixSlot reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for unusually large deposits.

5.2 Currency

The primary account currency for Malaysian players is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. Exchange rates are not guaranteed and may fluctuate.

MatrixSlot is committed to processing withdrawals as efficiently as possible. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests.

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

• A Player must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal request will be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the MatrixSlot account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day vary by account tier and withdrawal method.

6.2 Processing Times

• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): typically under 5 minutes after approval.
• DuitNow / FPX bank transfer: typically 5 to 15 minutes after approval during banking hours.
• Direct bank wire transfer: 15 to 60 minutes; timing may vary with the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• Processing times stated are estimates and not guaranteed. MatrixSlot is not liable for delays caused by external payment processors or banking systems.

MatrixSlot offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms below and any specific conditions stated at the time of the promotion.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus Funds are credited to the Player's account and must meet the applicable Rollover (Wagering Requirement) before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• Rollover requirements and eligible games are specified for each individual promotion. As a general guide, slots contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; live table games and sports bets may contribute at a different rate as specified per offer.
• MatrixSlot reserves the right to withhold or void Bonus Funds and any related winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of promotional terms has occurred.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit offers are available to new players only. One promotional offer per household, IP address, or device applies.
• Bonuses have an expiry period as stated in the individual offer. Uncompleted rollover requirements will be forfeited upon expiry.

7.2 VIP Programme

MatrixSlot provides casino games, live dealer tables, and sports betting markets. The following general rules apply across all product categories.

• All bets are final once confirmed. MatrixSlot is not obliged to void or reverse a bet that has been placed and accepted due to a Player's change of mind.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or software error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, MatrixSlot reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund stakes. No further liability will apply.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of placement and confirmation are the odds applied to the bet.

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• Collaborating with other players to exploit bonus terms, game mechanics, or promotional offers (bonus abuse, collusion, or chip dumping).
• Using the platform to launder money or to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by law and where MatrixSlot has restricted access.
• Registering multiple accounts in any combination of names, email addresses, or devices.
• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security or integrity of the platform's systems.
• Using credit cards or other third-party payment instruments to fund gambling activity in violation of the cardholder agreement or applicable law.

MatrixSlot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Receipt of a chargeback request in connection with a deposit made to the account.
• Player-requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling programme.
• Prolonged account inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant; dormant account policies apply).

Where an account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, MatrixSlot reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, remaining real-money balances will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

MatrixSlot collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at matrixslot.cam/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept our Privacy Policy.

MatrixSlot's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

MatrixSlot makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occasionally affect service availability.

MatrixSlot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on this page, unless otherwise stated. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or a platform notification. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the Services following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you should discontinue use of the Services and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MatrixSlot is incorporated as an operating entity under its international licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.
